Default iPhone mounting solutions

Anyone have any examples of mounting an iPhone in their car?

I have a few ideas so far but curious to see what others have come up with.

Im a bit picky with what i want! Need to be able to see an access it easily, yet it must be secured safely (obviously) but not be using some huge tacky lump of plastic that ruins the asthetics of the cars interior?

Also, access to the AUX/USB ports and power for charging. If i need to run wires behind panels thats no problem
