Wrist watch check...

@kevlar - scrap that thought - I've been looking for something with the same functionality as the Astron for quite a while now, and at a reasonable price. I've been keeping an eye on the G-Shock range (Maharishi special editions) and saw the newly released GPW-1000 1AER fitted the bill.
At Bluewater today looking to change my iPhone 7 to the Plus model and decided it's not worth it until the new iPhone is announced later this year. By chance I wandered past Fraser Hart and they had it on display. Popped in to try it and they priced matched it against an online site I found. I'm really made up with it, and doesn't look TOO ridiculous on my child-like wrists. Although expensive, it's easily half the price of the Astron.

Apple Watch going back to the boss next week!

That thing is a beast, had a few G Shocks over the last few years and really like the sword hands very cool!

Very nice @Micah ; thats a lovely piece right there and in the best colour too. Sits well on your wrist. Far better than the iPhone7 plus would have done

I got a little mesmerised by this i came across in Gatwick Airport recently. I wasn't ever going to buy it. Just needed to take a pic to remind me of it as it was lovely !

It's funny that this thread has appeared, I've just this week put new batteries in two of my old watches.

Bought some new straps for them earlier this month while I was away. They've been up in the loft for the past 12 years, so I thought I'd get them out.

They're nothing fancy, just two Animal watches, from about 1999 ish. The silver one might be more 2000-2001.

And then, in the middle, my daily Seiko Kinetic. Had it for my 18th and worn it every day, so it's a bit battered! (Like the other two too).

Clio Vs Rolex...Clio won wow good man, I would be just happy with the Omega, like those hands muchly.
Haha cheers, well it wasn't a case of one or the other more a matter of time! As a new Clio owner I didn't realise some of the costs involved! Wouldn't have it any other way though, love this little car
