My Favorite Car of all Time

Yes, trouble is I'm only 25, perhaps ill have to get one of them boxes installed to measure my driving performance in it, just for a year, shouldn't be too hard not to break any speed limits and brake gently in that.. Think I've chosen my choice next car.

If only the model was on 'Go Compare" so we could see the quote.

Now that would be a giggle............

If the colour is not to everyone's taste (and I know quite a few of you don't like blue and white cars, especially when they have stripes) it can also be had in liquid yellow

Not sure if Recaros were an option but I guess you could always find some off eBay...

I feel a bit of a fraud picking this car, when there's been such a diverse selection so far, but hands down the first car I would go out and buy if I won the Lottery is this:

I'd be happy with a regular GT3 RS, however this one would be the ultimate, with the 4.0 Mezger engine.

On the subject of the F40, I too had a model of one when I was a little kid - I even remember the day my dad bought me it. Saw one in the flesh at the British GP at Silverstone when I was about 15 - it looked so small! This video from Chris Harris is brilliant:

Nice. I think if the numbers came up in all honesty I would be down to the nearest Porsche dealer for one of the new 911R models, but they're probably all sold by now anyway. Love the back to basics approach of it.

Thought you were all over the F-types mate??

^^^^

....and for good luck; as a "family / weekend break" car; can i suggest an Audi RS6+ tweaked to around 1000hp, with another linked engine in the boot producing the same for good measure.

I've seen a twin engined one of these before - however this one only had two 'standard' 560hp engines. I mean why bother
