twisted alloy

hi
recently i changed tyres and one of the wheels was jumping (abit ) on the balancing wheel machine .
you know like its running but its not fully circle it has some higher spot .
maybe the wheel got hitted idunno,my question is -is this can cause any damage to the surronding mechanical parts ?(when its on the car of course ).
about shuddering / vibrations and things like that -i dont have but tbh i dont really remember since i didnt drive the car for almost 2 months .
what yes i remember is that the steering wheel after 65mph /110 kmh-+ gets some vibrations but not something serious (maybe its natural)it is just not full smooth (like no feeling at all)

its not that twisted lol it has really really small throw out on the machine and i went for re-balancing this wheel and we pretty much covered it with the weight balancing it is still throwing out while running but barely noticeable ,and on driving i dont think i feel any effect from it .
as long as i dont feel any bad effect while driving its nothing right?
P.s is any 1 here have the part number for 200's wheels?(maybe ill check the price just incase)

Well i repaired it and it was a gentle fix not something serious (it wasnt that bad at all) -no danger at all otherwise the guy werent fixing it.
tbh it also doesnt looking any harm so i suppose thats ok  thanks fellas
