I just went to PX my 197 and they wouldn't even let me test drive it as they just didn't want to Clio. Turned into a real asshole too saying it was rear ended and rolled etc etc.

Fancy doing a how to as I think I need to change mine as well. Where on the dash needle should it be? Mine only goes up to about 1/4 of the gauge?

Is it ticking over when you press the start button or anything? When you stick the card into the slot does any lights come up on the dash?

Got it on CLIP today and it turns out it was the camshaft sensor. They also reset the aircon which wasn't working and it now works! They also said that if it breaks down again to bring it back as renault were replacing the compressor for free until next year.

So this is still happening, Its my first day off where I can have a look at the car, Any ideas what I should be looking for? Im going to take the TDC & Camshaft sensors out and give them a clean and a look over but any other items I should look at? Car computer had a fault saying engine...

I bought one yesterday off ebay for £30 There are cheaper ones for about a 10er. Mine came in a day.
