    If you don't hear

Lights and wheels off? Did you not fancy removing the interior, exhaust and windscreen at the same time? I'm sure it's only about 12 screws!

Very nice. Glad you didn't Audi!

How do you suck out fuel from your own tank?

Pretty sure you can't do this anymore due to modern cars having anti-syphon filler necks.

If you put those tyres on a 265 Trophy you'd be sub 8 minutes. They probably made up 80% of the difference between the Trophy-R and 265 Trophy time.

    200/197 vs 182 Trophy

I absolutely hate rattles and squeaks but funnily enough the two Renaults I've owned have had the least amount. Every day in my MR2 Roadster there was a new one. The R27 never had any and now my Ph1 is, unbelievably, rattle free. Not bad for a 14 year old Frenchie. I must have been lucky!

who can map and fit cams in my clio rs200

No-where I can think of, but for an additional couple of hours travelling you're better off going somewhere with a proven track record of installing, timing and mapping for cams. SC Autos (Bolton), RS Tuning (Leeds) or BTM (midlands) can all do it.

    1. The Meg sounds like a hair dryer. 2. Let @stevooxoxoxox take you out in his with barely legal rear tyres at 38psi in the damp to really see what uncontrollable is ;)

    The World Cup Thread

FOOTBALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL! I got Switzerland, Greece and Cameroon in the work sweepstake :| I'm really not sure who will win, although I know it won't be any of those three, or England.

    Goodbye Goose

You could probably get a high mileage Nimbus for sub £3.5k then just transfer all the panels across then sell the rest.

    Goodbye Goose

Damn! Bad luck. I always look out for that car when I'm in Exning, looks like I've missed my chance!

After 6 years of RS Clio 197 ownership...

I overtook one once in my Panda. It was a perfectly legitimate overtake. I have never experienced as much anger as the Insignia driver demonstrated immediately afterwards. The funniest thing was that he was at least 60 years old so I don't know what he would have done if I'd have gotten out of...

It looks like we have the same feelings towards Audis :)

    My Titanium Ph1 172

Interesting about drilling the box, I hadn't thought of that. I might have to buy a new airbox anyway as the clips the lid on mine have fallen off and are nowhere to be seen.

    My Titanium Ph1 172

Cheers Mike! I was going to post a picture but I haven't got any good ones :001_rolleyes: It is my daily. Colt3003 has AD08Rs on his 200 and after doing 15 laps of the Nurburgring and 30 mins on track they have hardly worn at all. There had been a high pitched whine coming from the engine bay...

    My Titanium Ph1 172

Update Ever since I had the car I always thought the handling was good but not amazing. I had a look through the extensive history file and saw that in the past is had had a replacement rear shock and a replacement front spring. I decided on new ph1 shocks all round and some Cooksport springs. I...
