Regularly sat at 60 (58) in the 133 on the M25 section near Thurrock when I was working in Essex. I know of people who got fines for doing more but I never had a problem. I'm pretty sure for 50 mph they set them between 62 and 65 to catch the people that don't slow at all. The guys that brake...

My passengers seat does not want to return to it's previous position when I have let someone in the rear using the latch on the shoulder of the seat. I have tried several different ways of returning it to the functional position but it always wants to slide all the way back which then crushes...

Don't believe the pump either. Like everything they have a calibration range and obviously the density of the fuel will change with storage temperature too. That 40 litres on a summer afternoon has a lower amount of energy in it than first thing on a cold morning! :(
