I went from 4 asy'2 then got 2 new asy3 on the front. Not noticed any difference really. I think they are slightly better in the wet, certainly not noticed any more understeer /less grip etc. Been running them couple months now. Overall both are awesome tires.

I also had a ktec manifold fitted at the same time as my remap. (not out of choice, flexis on stock manifold were properly screwed lol). I got results of 204.4 Bhp after remap which i was very happy with :)

Ive got eibach pro kit on my non-cup 197, not sure if 197/200 has the same standard dampers etc. In my case anyway they are great, handling massively improved and ride quality good. They are apparently a massive bitch to fit on the front however.

What size does the edc run? For the 197 the price is the same for the asymmetric 2 and 3.

Quick update. Goodyear has just released the new version of their Eagle F1's.The asymmetric 3. Apparently even better wet grip and improved braking performance. Still all for 80 quid a pop...

Metal Pressed plates are legal, as long as you find a seller that has got them authorised by the DVLA then your all good. You will prob still get pulled over though, just dont be a dick and youll be fine.

If it was me, id get a megane 265 cup (the slightly older one before the MASSIVE front renault badges). Then spend/pocket the change, remap and exhaust. :)

I found that spacers added a tiny bit of torque steer. But mainly my front track rods and ball joints(?) were badly worn and needed replacing. Mines running fairly strong.

All I want is to get rid of the stupidly large front renault badge, although i know it wont happen because its Renaults 'thing' now. Also a manual gearbox, yea the auto is good on the trophy and fast but I like a knob in my hand. No homo.

Cheers for the input guys. Certainly not gonna be cheap. My clutch seems fine, never had any issues, think ill prob leave it for now. Try and keep the costs down a little bit!
