Hey, my 197 has the typical crunching when going into 3rd at high revs and sometimes bit hard to get into 4th. I'm thinking of getting the box refurbed. Anyone know or can recommend a gearbox place in Essex area that could do this? Cheers guys

As above, i assume its the windows seal. Its like a constant squeal when i put drivers windows down, doesent happen when putting up. Any suggestions guys ?
