in ym opinion you should just use meguiars m205 for light swirl removal with white Late County pad. If that doesnt do the trick id use a Orange pad with m105 which is more aggressive and should get them out. This sub reddit has tons of information in the FAQ...

Ok just got off the phone with direct line, they said the reason i cant get a quote online is because ive only had my licence since September 2013 and they wouldn't normally insure someone whos had a licence for that long on this type of car, he said he will over ride that since ive got 1 year...

I tried aviva too and they said they was unable to insure me....pulling my hair out with this....

Just tried them mate said they are unable to give me a quote haha.... must be a combination of my age and postcode....

Just rang my insurer to bring it down and they said if i up my voluntary excess to £500 and do 4k miles a year instead of 5k would bring it down to £2500 haha what a load of ****e this insurance is

No idea how to fix it but sometimes when i start my engine the wipers will just start going and wont stop and i have to turn car off and open the door and close it then start the engine again to stop them. Moving the stalk doesnt stop them for me either.. weird

Thanks for the advice guys, it's not due for renewal until the end of August so I'll give my insurance company a ring at the start of August and see how much it will be and if it's too much still I'll try some of the specialist insurers
