    Upper Torque Mount Sleeve

Also, worth noting that after speaking with Paul @ RPD, Renault nolonger supply the dowel with the mount and it is not available on it's own so if you swap out the mount for an AM version, keep the original parts should you want to change it back at any point.

    Upper Torque Mount Sleeve

OK, really struggling to find the part from a breakers. Does anyone have a dowel that they can take a picture of and take some measurements so I can try and source from new?

    Upper Torque Mount Sleeve

Thanks for the comments all. I'm told by Renault that the mount doesn't come with it, even though it's pictured on the tech drawing on their parts system, it's also not available separately. @Dumdum You're thinking exactly the same thought as me. Without the dowel the engine is going to move...

    Upper Torque Mount Sleeve

Morning all, I'm switching my engine mounts back to standard from Powerflex yellows. Long story. I've received the new upper torque mount from RPD but it doesn't have the locating dowel which aligns the mount to the center of the bolt on the cylinder head. See in red on attached image. Does...

Check emissions + exhaust popping a lot

Would be worth getting it checked for fault codes. That should help identify if it's a sensor. Aside from the popping and additional noise does it drive OK? Rev freely etc? Only ask as it will run flat if it's running really rich. Also pull and check your spark plugs as these might give some...

    Akrapovic problem..

Quick update - Tweaked the prongs outwards a bit this morning and they're now much better - no more rattle. Thanks for your help all.

    KTEC panel filter

Just had a look at the filter tray and there isn't a part number on it. Could speak to Renault but I suspect it will only come with the complete air box and cost quite a lot. Best bet would be check out the for sale section here, I think I saw an airbox for sale the other day. Failing that there...

    KTEC panel filter

Glad you've worked it out. You should be able to pick up a second hand air box quite cheap, or maybe see if you can get the tray on its own from Renault. I'll have a look on mine for a part number this morning for you.

    KTEC panel filter

Ok, have a look at this... http://www.clio197.net/threads/how-to-panel-filter-replacement.11/ Do you have those parts?

    KTEC panel filter

Hmm ok. The standard air box doesn't have a wire cage so I suspect if you can remove the cage the KTR filter should fit, as long as the air box hasn't been butchered. Get some pictures up and we'll be able to say for sure what you need to do to sort it out.

    KTEC panel filter

Is the piper cross filter the same size as the KTR filter?

    KTEC panel filter

The standard airbox doesn't normally have a cage in it, but get some pictures and we can go from there. Did it have an air filter in it when you bought it or is it just an empty airbox?

    KTEC panel filter

Your airbox doesn't sound like the standard one. If it's been modified it's possible the OE fit panel filters won't fit. What filter is currently fitted? Can you get a picture of the airbox and current filter?

    Akrapovic problem..

Thanks for comments @Micah, @dolby20 and @R32pete! I did think about running the stock ones but couldn't bring myself to do it. I think some more prong tweaking should do the trick, and if there's still a bit of movement I'll try a few dabs of silicon round the back. Will let you know how I get on!

    Akrapovic problem..

Don't worry! I won't be hacking anything to bits! The original trims are a perfect fit so I'm guessing it's not the diffuser. I've improved the fit on one side by bending the 3 prongs on the trim out a little more, but it hasn't been as effective on the other side. I'm going to drop the diffuser...

    Akrapovic problem..

Afternoon, Spent the morning fitting an Akrapovic Evo to my 200. The system went on fine with the exception of the tailpipe trims, which are loose and rattle. Has anyone else experienced problems with the carbon tailpipes not being a snug fit in the diffuser? And can anyone suggest a fix...

Removing the rear Diffuser on a 200

If it's the ones at the rear of the diffuser they seem to be prone to seizing. If they're not looking great you can always unbolt the entire bracket from the shell (2x 13mm nuts I think) and remove the diffuser that way. You can normally pick up the brackets on eBay for about £20 a pair. Just...
