    Pre made hardline brake pipe (rear).

    I don’t think you can get them any more. I seem to recall someone on here ordering some through Renault and got given a roll of pipe.

    I would bed the discs in with the shit pads. You’re just gonna end up cracking them like Ben and myself if you bed in with the new ‘race’ pads. Pathetic really given they’re a high performance disc. Never had this trouble with plain Brembos

    Mike's racing blue 197

    Just the crank locking pin, or if you’ve got a big impact gun, just whizz it loose before you’ve even put the locking tools in. The bottom pulley is keyed so there’s no worry about the timing going wrong.

    GW 200 CUP (clubsport->racecar->v2)

    Yeah I'm pretty stumped to be honest. I'd have expected you would smell it if it was slipping that much. Have you had the engine apart yet? Perhaps you've knocked a valve and were losing compression before the failure happened.

    GW 200 CUP (clubsport->racecar->v2)

    Don’t think so. Are you sure it was actually slipping? I’d have expected more colouring and spots if it was actually getting warm.

    I agree with the above. Fly looks fine to me too. I’d also have no problem using them rods again personally.

    Dead wheel bearing?

    If it wobbles with the nut tight, it’s dead. There should be no movement whatsoever. It’s also best to test with the wheel on too. You’ll have more leverage then

    Ticking Noise After Timing Belt Change

    Dephaser issues are very very uncommon on the 197/200's, but it can't be ruled out completely. The one's I've heard which have failed (on the 1X2 platform) usually make a racket all the time, not a specific rpm. Checking the timing is correct would the first thing I'd be checking and then a...
