I had broken dust seals on my brembos too. If you're going to the effort of replacing them then you should do the piston seals at the same time as it'll only take a few more minutes.

Standard plugs on the 197 are ngk platinums, guess the meg is the same

Do you have a decat by any chance? That can cause the miss-fire error code to come up sometimes and then it'll clear after a while. I've found that if I cruise at 70mph for any length of time my MIL will come on with the error 'check emissions', doesn't happen if I cruise at 65 or 75 though

I had a similar thing with mine but when it was cold. I took the TB off and cleaned it, also took the MAP sensor off the manifold and cleaned that. Has been fine ever since.

You've got some good kit there. I used to have a great system in my old car, it was a mix between Pioneer RS, DLS, Genesis and Image Dynamics. Was worth more than the car but sounded phenomenal, I just couldn't be bothered repeating the time and effort with the clio though.
