197 Meg conversion

I'm trying to source all the parts I need for this but the ECU with the last three numbers of 963 are difficult to find.
I've heard that you can get a none 963 ECU unlocked?
 
last time i spoke to Paul at rs tuning in Leeds,he said unlocking is more expensive than getting the right one..
try to ring him
