1st gear struggle from cold

I have to force first gear every time I stop for the first 20 minutes, my work around is leave the clutch in and it's fine, as soon as I go fully neutral it happens. Maybe it's the clutch?

Hopefully it will just need the clutch bleeding, as above, Jason. My fingers are crossed for you buddy!
