Currently in the process of ordering four new yokohama AD08Rs 215/45/17, I was wondering if there was a trader one here/ knowledge of a 'tyre guy' online to assist me in getting a good price?

Have you considered 225/45/17?
They fit fine and can be a few quid cheaper

Got a set of 4 ns2r is 120 track compound for under £300 posted the other day.
I'll check the website and see if they've any more as he pulled them off his website after I purchased.
Maybe he ran out or knew they were too cheap.

I called Pro tyre who price matched a very cheap quote fitted, didnt even ask for proof of the price i had.

The 225 tyre looks to come in more expensive, different to what everyone was saying on the other thread.
-225 £30 more expensive than 215, I've read the aesthetics are improved, is there any known negatives for going 225 instead of standard 215?
Car is completely standard so no spacers etc.
