Brake disc hub nut torque settings?

About to replace the rear discs on my 197, struggling to get a consistent figure for the torque settings on the rear hub nut.

Some say 170-175Nm others say 280Nm.

Am I right in saying 280 is for the front Hub nut and 170 is for the rear hub nut?

Cheers.

Quick Q, are the hubs on those pagid disks coated? I'm toying between those and some mtec ones at the mo. I'm guessing they came with bearings and abs rings etc?

Also I'd stick to 175Nm, you don't want to strip the threads on the stub shaft etc.

just looked at all the tigtening torques from the cup racer and it states rear hub nut 220nm with the front at 280nm

nothing in specs about differences in wheel bearings or brakes...perhaps they dont want the wheel/hubs to come off in a race lol

Could it maybe be different for various brands of discs?

Just strikes me as odd that the pagid discs specifically say 280 for the rear, maybe different torques for different brands is all I can think of?
