Break down cover

Hi chaps,

as some of you know my car should be finished with the meg conversion very soon..the question I need to ask is,do I need to declare this change to my break down cover provider?

Blimey had a heart attack when I see thread title!

My breakdown cover covers me personally in whatever car I'm stranded in. So I wouldn't need to tell them.

Probably better to ring them and double check

Yeah as above, mine is also for whatever vehicle I'm in. So it will depend if yours is vehicle-specific or not. I personally don't see why it would be an issue with the company, but would be better to declare it - the last thing you'd want is to be stranded somewhere...

....with a recovery man turning up with a load of bits for 'standard' engined 197 !!!
