Fitting decat pipe

Hi guys,

So I've got a cat back scorpion exhaust and recently brought a miltek decat pipe. Might sound stupid but I don't know how to fit the decat. The pipe is the same diameter as the exhaust and I didn't get a sleeve or anything with decat?

Help!
