Front Hub help

Hi guys any help would be appreciated
So reno agents in sunny RSA only sell complete hub and bearings for the front. I managed to get bearings from another supplier. Tried today to get the hub off but sure I’m not doing something right? I have VW shop assisting. Does the hub just pull of from the front using a puller? As this seemed not to work or should suspension be dropped any help would be much appreciated

you have removed driveshaft nut havent you & the abs sensor iirc?

Yep sensor off and drive nut removed need air gun as it snapped the power bar socket... was trying pull it from the front so no need to undo suspension but seems it does not want to pull out
