My offside headlamp needs adjusting so that it sits right to the bumper lines, can this be done or does the bumper have to come off?

You might be able to adjust it slightly without the bumper removal but three of the four bolts holding the light are a lot easier to get to with the bumper off.
One of the bumper bolts joins the wheel arch guard to the bumper, with this out you might be able to loosen the two bolts under there to adjust the light but i'd say bumper off is best.
