Lowering springs

What lowering springs would people suggest? Just for mainly road use! Also how much to lower by? + wheres the best to buy?? Thanks

Most people will say Eibach or H&R.
Most people will also say 30-40mm.

My question is why people lower the rear more than the front? Why not 30/30? And is the top notch handling of the clio compromised by the lowering? Any feedback?

I have some for sale soon. Not sure of the make. They were sold to me as H&R but can say for deffo that they are. Can have em for 50 quid

Heard alot about putting the cup dampers on. Does this make the ride not as rough? Is it a need? Or could I do without?
