Megane RS500?

I'm going to put it out there, in his defence.

The cars 500hp.. It's going to be a handful, no idea what brakes are on it, and suspension must be changed, setup could be all over the place, it seems it wants to fight in a straight line, without through the bends.

I think he's done well to complete a lap in that monster with no close moments.

is the record for this Meg Rs 500 around the 'ring. Now the Megane 275 trophy full road spec had just done an under 8? So doesn't that go to prove that power isn't everything..? 3-4 seconds quicker with £1000's on modifications and with 200+ no MORE than the meg 275

Just seen the video and i have to say that this car is a beast! Not only in regards to power but as an overall package. Stripped out completely, sticky tyres, suspension, chassis improvements etc.

After seeing the amount of preparation that has one into this project, 3 secs quicker than the trophyR is definitely not impressive. He must have made that on the straight line alone having a considerably higher top speed...
