so thought I'd start a small game you could say, if you had unlimited funds what would you do to your Clios?

I assume some of us would go mental haha
 
I'd put the powertrain from an Audi TTRS/RS3 in the Clio :smile: 4WD, DSG and a 5 cylinder which makes a noise to die for!

Fair enough, I think I'd love to supercharge mine and cage it. Diff, coilovers and go a little crazy haha
 
Forge the f4r and get to 240bhp(?) cage it strip it and show some bigger cars up!
 
Love the idea of the wolf in sheeps clothing. I remember when I was up at Crail (drag strip) years ago a EVO 7 went up against what looked like a bog standard 1.2 Nova. My god the smug smile was well and truly wiped off the EVO owners face!

Went to santa pod a few years back and there was a mk1 astra looked similar to this:

Inside it was all standard, but the guy had installed a very modified what from memory was a Redtop C20XE which was very modified, this thing flew and on the day put some serious metal to shame on the drag strip...hilarious.

I suppose one thing that I think would be interesting is to put the new Clio RS 1.6 engine in the MK3 Clio that could be good.
 
Fully-forged bottom end, cams, tubular manifold with huge turbo, standalone with anti-lag and boost-per-gear, full 3" exhaust system, gripper diff, carbon-ceramic brakes, full cup racer suspension set-up, full cage, Porsche 991 GT3 seats, all black plastic parts changed to carbon.

- CAE shifter
- öhlins suspension set up by madeno racing
- unlimited supply of dunlop direzza's in 215/45 17
- an extra set of braid fullrace R 7x17 ET47
- some custom made turbo vanes for those (front) wheels
- 100.000 liters of shell v-power
- full roll cage without stripping the interior or the back seats.
- carbon tailgate - carbon roof - carbon wings - carbon bonnet - carbon doors ... to compensate for the extra weight of the cage.
- full alcantara anthracite interior
- one recaro pole position (driver's seat) in alcantara anthracite
- one six point harness (driver's seat)
- wavetrac diff
- a useable and powerful engine developed by one of your english specialists
- akra
- PFC 330 mm set up and some two-piece brake set up at the back ... just for looks ...

and a very good friend at the belgian MOT.

Full correction by a detailing professional - theres only so much I can do in my back garden!
AST or ohlins coilovers.
4WD conversion with 400hp+, no idea what engine would be needed to do this.
CARBON everywhere
