Peeling Lacquer

Took my car to get washed in my usual hand car wash place and they do a good job and never had any issue however when I got back I noticed that the lacquer on the wing mirror is peeling off leaving an area roughly the size of a pound coin of exposed paint..

Anyone have any idea as to resolve this problem?

Repaint it. Is easy

Yeah it's going to need repainting. That is the solution. Don't paint over the old paint, if its flaking now it has poor adhesion and leaving any of the old stuff behind is only going to mean its coming off again later down the line. Do once, do right

How 'anal' are you bud ?

Might be worth getting the pair done so both match / one doesn't stand out etc etc.

Will probably be little more for one than two......

I will prob do both as the other has a small mark on it...

Just have a look to find somewhere to take it.
