Rattling throttle peddle

Hi guys first post here so apologies if I've posted in the wrong section. I've recently purchased a 2011 AG clio 200. I've noticed that if I come off the throttle too quickly the peddle makes a metallicy rattle. Like there is no damper on the return spring.
Is this normal and I just being silly?

Side not the cat is fitted with a throttle booster thingy as far as a know the connect in some way to the pedal I would was something left out or loose when this was fitted.
