Same happened to mine, I got a spare interior and swapped them over. I think the problem is more to do with the foam not being tough enough.

I haven't stripped one of these down, but I did strip and rebuild the Recaros in my Puma, it was relatively straightforward, if time consuming and a bit fiddly.

I have dropped a PM to Steve@EdgeAutomotive to see what he thinks. Mine are breaking down a touch on these newer seats, so I am keen to find a solution before these wear through again.

Lets see what Steve @ Edge suggests. The original material must be available as Steve @ RSport had a nice repair done locally on a worn through Recaro.

I would love to get the foam done in my drivers side bolster!

Why the hell have they used the crappiest foam possible is beyond me.
