Wheels painting

Dear friends,
During my last car cleanning I have noticed that my rims have oxidized (dog pee!!!) + some scratches. So I thought that is about time to repainted them.
To change my mood plus the look of the car I ve decided to paint them black.(now are silver)
Can you guys give a hint how to achieve the closest result in the factory painting. ie (sthealth black, matt black) My CLIO is MY2006.

Please post paint codes or any other reference you have + pics.

I would try to find somewhere that can do it professionally. Granted you may have less choice there, but you should be able to get them done from around £30-50 per wheel. Very easy to mess it up if you do it yourself.
