Where's the fuse boxes

terminal 2 of the brown (12 track) multi-plug is supply to the pump

you should be able to hear the pump build pressure before you start it...

if you cannot hear it try giving the fuel tank a good thump!
 
if the pump does buzz and there is pressure in the fuel lines then have a look at the tdc sensor...
