White Headlights

I had some £65 PIAA Headlights in, and one has blown. :'(

So i need some more, ideally cheaper, has anybody have any other suggestions for some super-white headlight bulbs? I still have my PIAA sidelights so its just the headlights really.

Make sure you don't touch them with your fingers when you put them in. Only touch the metal base part, not the glass

Thats what I'm thinking, I may have touched the bulb as its the one on the passenger side (notoriously hard to get in) what I may do the next time is take the bumper off and do it properly so theres no way I could damage the bulb.
