But seriously, an upgraded without downsides is worth a lot to me. For instance, lot's of people think the akrapovic exhaust is to expensive, and I agree it is expensive BUT you get the quality you pay for and it's far superior to the OE renault or other aftermarket stuff and in that respect it adds value to the car and a sense of quality and that's why i have no problem putting up with such price tags. This is also the case for the quaife LSD.

That's a fair point but if the item is so overpriced that bit makes it a rip off then it doesn't make sense. The benefits from this are minor and these prob cost very little to produce do even with development costs They are not worth it for that money.

Everybody has to make a profit, small production items will always have large profit margins.

Yes I understand that but the mark up on these is obscene, if anyone has one I can prove how cheap I can get these produced in the UK. .
