    Silverstone Edition 200 - AST 5100

Cheers. On the final TF of the trip finally got some clear runs. Time to be made up on braking and being more commited in sections but its TF and I dont want a huge repair bill. Turned out the mini carousel a bit early and was right over on two wheels. No photogropher to catch it though.

    Silverstone Edition 200 - AST 5100

Back from the trip to the Nurburgring. Weekend was hectic and didnt go on track but got in 25 laps during the trip. The car was treated to an alignment and corner weighting by Manthey/Raeder. They rasied up the front and lowered the rear mainly. Left to right balance was also done and an...

The way I see it the sphericals on the front will be more benificial than rear. You wont get any flex in the wishbone under braking, the rear would probably do the same but I wouldn't think to the same extent. Im no expert though.

Was out for a B road blast yesterday and had no issues with the black series bushes. So on the road at least they are fine in my eyes.

Yeah I know the angle is too much at the moment. Hoping to get a safety devices half cage and mount them to that

I've just fitted up a PMS rear axle: https://clio197.net/threads/silverstone-edition-200-ast-5100.57386/page-8#post-753436 I personally just went for black series polybush. I can't imagine it has much of an effect in the rear end any way imo

Final preps before the ring Second bucket seat fitted as well as harness mounting points on the exhaust tunnel. Also utilised the points to fit some belt buckles on straps so the stadard belts can still be used. Also put some holes in the boot carpet so the current harness points can be...

    Issues bleeding clutch

I never primed mine either. I think I opened the bleed, depressed clutch, closed bleed and released clutch. Did that a few times and all was well for me.

There is holes in the beam that can be used to go from left to right side. There is holes for plastic clips already on the left and right side. That's where i used rivnuts.

I also did the same and fitted some plugs but also used a length of wood to keep the pedal de-pressed. Braided lines are easy enough to run too. I used P clips to secure them.

I've just fitted a new rear beam on my car: https://clio197.net/threads/silverstone-edition-200-ast-5100.57386/page-7 Easy job, just need a second pair of hands when lifting in position. Can be pretty heavy if you mount the hubs before fitting. Once you disconnect the brake lines (have...
