Braking Wobble

After replacing my disks and pads front and rear I am concerned i made a mistake. I now have a iritating judder coming through the steering wheel when I am braking. Does anyone know the possible cause of this? There are no funny noises or anything and the braking performance seems good and consistent. I am concerned that I cocked up during the change and I may be on the road to serious pain and grief if I dont get it sorted!

when replacing the discs some rust may have got between the rear face of the disc and the hub causing it to have too much run-out (disc does not rotate straight) or the face of the hubs wasnt cleaned prior to fitting perhaps?

I'm pretty certain I did a thorough job cleaning the face of the hubs so maybe there could be some rust wedged in. DO you think a small restrip could be in order? I'll take a look at it when I'm next on leave.

yes - back to basics - most like the fronts as the rears arent seperate
