Remap

I payed 259 for a rolling road remap, make sure it's rolling road remap so you can actually see the benefits instead of someone just plugging it in to a computer and saying it has gains
 
If you post your location im sure someone local could point you in the right direction of where to go. I.e if in leeds rs tuning is the place to go. There is also plenty of threads about remaps if you use the search function.
 
No, I dont think it is. Although, I hope you're getting one done from someone who knows about RS's.
 
I'm not 100% I want it yet I'm just looking into it first.. I'm located in norwich norfolk area .. What kind of power did you gain :smile:
 
You won't get anything significant. If you want power gains, a remap alone is the wrong route.

I got about 6bhp, but I had a new stainless 'zorst fitted at the same time.

A map, done properly, will just improve the drivibility of the car.
 
If you want power gains the clio is wrong car, lol.

The main thing with the remap is the driveability and torque, any extra power you get is a bi product.
 
As said above not much gain to be had power wise. I had mine mapped to map out the flatspot fron the decat. Always best to get a before and after dyno print though to see actual gains. My ex made 194 then 201 once mapped.

I live quite close to Norwich and after Christmas I'm going to TDF to get mine mapped, their not too far away.
