Great spec additions. Id say 10k-10.5k.-

Maybe remove SOME of the mods to keep it desirable, but return some money on investment.
Remove LSD, Remove larger disks.- go back to standard.

Sell with seats-

As said, you'll make a lot more money by removing the more expensive mods first. Especially the clubsports and akra. Seperately they'll sell for a decent amount, on the car it probably won't add 20% of what they are worth.
 
A standards cup of over 3 years you would be lucky to get 8k for.

il try for a week or so selling car modified for £9995 Ono.
If no joy then il remove all mods n sell on,that could include recaros as il probably just trade down the car via a garage or we buy any car for a quick turn around n I don't think they will be worried about seats!
I have had some messages about some of the mods but if you are interested in anything then pm me with offers. First come first served etc.
The following parts would be available if it doesn't sell.
Kw club sports n top mounts. Early car.
Pf 330mm discs.
Akroprovic Evo exhaust.
Oz ultra leggara alloys. Would need your wheels plus cash my way.
Leather n alcantara recaros. Would need either std recaros n cash my way or std seats n more cash my way
 
If it was me, I'd put it up at 10k no offers WITH mods, if it doesn't sell, sell the mods then put it back up a ono.
