Time for a introduction

Hi all I've been using this forum for a month or 2 but finally got the car is where I want it so thought I would post some details.

I stupidly bought this unseen on auto trader while in Canada working. Guy told me it was mint and looked good from the photos but this was far from the truth.

Details are:

2009 Clio 197 Cup.
Totally standard.
Nimbus with recaros and AC.
56k miles.
Service History.
Belts done prior to delivery to me.

Lots gone into it in such a short period!

Prefer it without the B pillar trim's myself,
Does the ambient temp work with fitting the electric mirrors?

Sounds like you should have bought an ff, and saved yourself a bit of work.

Needs a sprint spoiler too.

Bit of useless info only 79 Cup's produced in Nimbus.

Amazing list you’ve gone through. Good to see a car being made “mint”!

Look forward to your further progress

looks mint now! :good:

Nearly there mate thanks.

Probably would of preferred a ff yes but got this now so gotta make the best of it. I was unsure on the black b pillar myself but its easily removed if I want to sell in the future. I imagine less than 50 nimbus cup 197s now at a guess.

You haven't wasted any time! Looks great!

Thanks mate I've been busy.

Done most things I found needed doing. Probably never get my money back but I'm happy.

Think it was around £150. Mines slightly different to most as I wanted the perforated parts to extend lower than the oem one does. Should not affect price though.
