Magifoam can be very aggressive to waxed cars - its great for an initial clean though!
Try the AM Details Foam or the new Valet Pro Advanced Neutral one - both superb!
I always found Conti's to be too soft so would die quite quickly
Did you get V12's? They're okay for a while but seem to drop off quickly performance wise once below 4mm. Also don't use them on anything turbo'd, they seem to hate torque!
Well said Andy! So very true.
Some of my mates have made some bizarre moves in the name of 'saving money' such as losing £8,000 on swapping an Audi TTRS for a BMW 335D. It would take a LOT of time to make that money back in fuel saving!
An A4 TDI is a soul-less car and the pinnacle of boring! I'd give it some serious thought first.
At least get something like an Ibiza Cupra TDI and some better suspension.
I've owned both and miss my R27 Clio more than the R26. It was a lot more fun and chuckable!
I now have an Edition 30 Golf and its a good all rounder but a bit dull. BMW 135i next for me.
You could get it reclearcoated or wrapped in vinyl to address the softness permanently, or as suggested above you should look at something to eliminate the dirt/bugs ahead of making physical contact with the paintwork.
