I've got a standard 197 alloy as a spare - I want to check/top up the pressure of it as I am going on a long road trip. What pressure should it be whilst off the car? Due to the weight of the car normally I would presume it to be different to normal?

They are glued in if that is the one off eBay? If you want to get it out best way would be to twist just the cap as that should shear the glue joint easier than trying to force it up and damage your cap

I did it - plug and play but you have to remove a riveted bracket from your old lamps and fit them to the new ones. Don't forget to move the leveling motors over too - they just pop off and on.

I know, another tyre thread but I'd like some up to date opinions. I have a full set of AD08R but due to moving house a track day is unlikely to happen this year. As I have now nearly worn out the fronts is there a need for a tyre like this just for fast road? There is still plenty on the back...
