    I track mine when it's around 90F ambient and don't have an oil cooler or temp gauge Point is the garage that looks after my car runs cup cars as well and is adamant that the car can handle the temps just fine without any worries. Track days here are usually 30 min sessions, or at best 3 hrs...

    Longer throw = stretched cables. Shorter probably means something is impeding your shift; check the linkage as suggested by R20BTG

    If you're not planning to make any more power, stock is the best option. If you want to change how the car feels, think about a flywheel upgrade rather than clutch.

    Clio 200. Ran it a long time on stock headers. A couple years ago I changed it over to toyosports manifold. Sounds epic now, but is definitely not quiet enough for long highway drives anymore.

    Akra Evo is a great choice. Loud enough when you mash the throttle, and quiet enough on the road for DD duties. I love mine.

    I can't help you with either dilemma I am afraid, but I can confirm the window regulators and motors are crap and often do go bad close to one another. Also replacement parts suck - the cheap motors dont have the comfort close option so keep that in mind.

    Likely this is the issue. Swap the sensors around and try going for a drive see if that solves the issue.
