Sure my knock (only when cold) is the exhaust? seems when engine is cold, gear change is a little more agressive. I only say this as it seems to be coming from below/behind me. Could be where the exhaust exits to the diffuser.

Llandow is great for the little Clio as its such a small track with 70% being in the bends, been there twice now, once in my 197 and again recently in the 200. 197 felt quicker and more sure footed than the 200. But it was the cup! :)

You wont get a MPG return to the difference of the cost of standard to VPower. But if your concerned about MPG and saving money, sell the car! Oh, and this isnt pointed to the person that started this thread.

Nimbus on both, also like the mercury on 200's. I have a 200 albi though, nice too.
