Thanks. I used Tardis to detar it then clayed it. It was looking ok after this so once over with the polish then 3 layers of Carlac. Probably not best for this car colour but had it all left over from the Meg so wasn’t going to buy anything new. Think it turned out ok.

Finally got around to giving it a proper clean/decontamination/polish/wax. Looking much better.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. Given it a thorough clean on the inside this morning and fitted some nice new shiny things; new gear knob, mats and steering wheel insert. Will be doing the outside tomorrow and removing and re-greasing the drivers seat as its creaking a little in the bends.

Little delay due to calliper issue but picked up the car this afternoon. Forgot how much fun the 200 is, like a little limpet in the bends. Got it for a bargain price too, especially considering its had a full service, new calliper, new battery and the exhaust sorted since I sold it in August ...

Just be more careful getting in surely. Hold the steering wheel and lift your arse over the bolster. Easy.

Thanks for the advice so far. Ref the exhaust, I love the way mine sounds at full chat, but it annoys me at low to mid revs. Therefore I don't think the standard exhaust would be loud enough. I think it will have to be the Akra to be honest. Need to start saving.
