Air intake?

Theres a blue 197 on the forum with an 'open' grill on the bumper which looks linked to the air intake. What is it please?

I think its a scoop that takes in air fron the grille. ive not seen 1 for ages.

theres a owner on here that made them, but i dont fink hes got any left know, i manage to make one out of a standard mk3 clio grill and some rubber matting (grill cost me £12 off ebay, matting was free). check out one of my past threads, did a step by step instruction with photos.

That was mark with the blue one, he had a carbon wrapped version of ryans. Not my cup of tea personally but looked very nice in the flesh.

He's not on here anymore i believe, sold up.

mine was a normal mk 3 grill. That was was a casted carbon or covered one made by exon i fink his name is.
