Brake fail ...again?

Hi, had my brakes fail on track a few weeks ago (as in nothing, no pedal, no results from pumping the pedal.. all that).
Anyway after some good advise from members here, I bled the system and replaced the old oil with fresh motul RBF600 and new braided hoses. Then back on track last Sunday and everything was good- no issues.
Today, 6 days later, I jumped into the car to move it and the brake pedal went to the floor but came back after a couple of pumps.... anyone had similar? ... hoping it’s not the blinking master cylinder.
All helpful advise welcomed.
Road tripping to the ring in a month and do not fancy play being stopped due to the issue popping up again.

If it was me I would change the master cylinder but the brakes are not that complicated when you bled them was there air in it? are you losing fluid.
