@Chris

Here you go mate. It's a CS so I've only had a light touch with the mods because at some point I'm going to need to put it back to standard as they're making good money.

Headline details are:
Brembo BBK front and rear
AST adjustable coilovers, all properly set up
CSL airbox
Alpha N mapping
Rev match software
Vorsteiner CSL carbon boot lid with the lip in clear coat only to expose the weave
Hartge (by Manhart Racing) carbon splitter with bumper extension
CSL carbon diffuser
Full Supersprint exhaust

45k miles and she's absolutely mint.

Anyway, pics... All off the phone sadly so nothing too decent.

This is a major problem for me I was looking a few years ago love them bud with my life style it would financially kill me but (That's just a Beautiful motor)

Stunning car, i have real passion for E46 M3. What is "CS" model? i thought there was only CSL, M3 and competition packages.

That M is beautiful and low mileage to. The good think about M drivers is they are always up for a challenge when I'm out on the bike!

That's gorgeous, I love the e46 M3 and that sits perfectly on that suspension and the CSL wheels.

Thanks a lot guys.

@nutnutwelshman it's not the cheapest motor to run that's for sure!

@Antti O CS is the same as the ZCP / Comp Pack. Half way between a regular M3 and a CSL basically.

@Big Ben thanks mate, almost brought it over to yours on Saturday! The colour wasn't the one I wanted originally but I've grown to really like it. Changes a lot depending on the light.

@LOCKE  I'd certainly have a go but I think keeping you honest is about the best I could hope for!

@Sean197 Cheers Sean, spent a lot of time getting it set up perfectly. Drives and handles really well. Wheels are OEM, left the factory like that with it being the CS.

For any who haven't heard one, this is a good representation of what it's like driving:

Very nice indeed Mes.

Spent a fair amount of time in M3's and M5's as my best bud was an 'M' freak for quite a few years.

Theres certainly hundreds of less enjoyable ways to spend a journey for sure

Enjoy both....

Thanks mate. I make the very most of both don't you worry!

M5s as in the E60? One of the all time greatest engines in that car!

999% sure he had an M5 with a 3.8 ltr straight 6 in, and the last he had was a 5 litre V10.

With two M3's in-between.

Sweet. The early one was a good car no doubt but the S85 (V10 engine) is just insane. Sounds like old school F1 at the redline.

Quite a few M3s with that engine in. I'd absolutely love one. Just the small matter of circa £50k to build...

My next door neighbour is having his engine rebuilt in his M5. Can't remember what he said went wrong with him but it's costing him best part of £30k...

Good god! He could have a built motor for that much! What model? Do you know who is doing it? Is it in progress?

It's the v10 one - e90
A specialist in Newcastle is doing it
Believe it's almost finished.

First thing he's doing when he gets is back is taking it too the ring.

E60 mate :thumb:

Fair enough, glad it's not gone to the stealers! Bet it's going to be amazing, sounds like he's gone the whole hog.

A bit too big and heavy for me but WHAT a car!!! And an even better engine... He'll be seeing 7 or 8 mpg at the ring

Quick bit of Googling suggests some er.......possible exaggeration......from your neighbour on the rebuild costs if its being done with original parts to original spec.

Unless of course he's having this built to an even more serious spec than the factory ?

Also the lowest mileage and most expensive car for sale on ebay right now is only £17.5k, or Autotrader has a 2 owner 55k example for just £15.5k.
