it does say the R3 runs 15" wheels for off road.

Just on that point it also says it runs 275mm discs off-road rather then the standard 330mm

road legal but doubt you would get one through an mot. Cup car cant pass an sva either so neither would an r3. Oh and the 2010 spec r3 is 250bhp.
