URGENT - HEL Rear Brake Lines

Just went to fit my HEL braided brake lines. Fronts seem to be fine but my mate who is a mechanic took one look at the rear hoses and said "no way!".

The hoses on the rear of the car (into the rear calipers) bear no resemblance to those provided in the kit.

Anyone have similar trouble or can tell me what we are doing wrong.

Even better does anyone have a picture of their rear HEL lines fitted on the car.

The Hel lines fit under the car and not directly into the brake.

Get the car on some ramps and you'll see where they need to go.

Yes just done a search and spotted a previous thread on this same problem.

All sorted - panic over.

Yeah.. I fitted mine and wonderd wtf was going on.. until I looked under the car the hoses connecting to the rear callipers seem to made from some metal anyway so I doubt braided hoses would be any different for this single part..

its in ridgid pipe and the small flexi pipe is already braided..

I've just had these fitted to mine and found the fronts are catching on the tyres.
You had any issues with yours?

Confused the hell out of me when I picked the car up and couldn't see the rear lines changed from the callipers lol.
