i use armor all wipes-matt, with them i clean the whole dash and then just wipe it of with a microfibre cloth.

Could also use a waffle-weave microfibre cloth, which wouldn't lint. We sell the Dodo Juice Basics of Bling Waffle Weave Glass Cloth for £4.49 delivered, which would be good for this.
I've just tried these - http://www.nordex-tools.de/sonax-kunststoff-pflege-tuecher-innen-aussen-box-25-stueck/a-220771/, from the german SONAX, and they are great, i cleaned the whole dashboard and doors with it (it makes a little foam), then i wiped it all with the SONAX microfibre cloth. No streaks and the dash looks natural + it gives the dash some little shine (mostly on the middle console, radio and the vent trims) and it looks great.
