After market wheel/tyre pressures

not Clio but on my van. Had 18 inch wheels and tyres fitted and whatever they were set to worked fine wear wise. Just had fronts replaced but no idea if pressures should be same as original Renault specs? Tyre place put 50 psi in. Seems high to me

Imagine vans run higher PSI?

Id run renault recommended, after all its more important with laden vans etc..
