That depends on what sort of weather you encounter most of the year.
I personally buy the best wet rated tyre because of the weather here and then prioritise dry weather driving because I don’t want two sets of wheels and tyres (which is the best solution).
The tyres you’re looking at will have a negligible difference between wet and dry (street driving) performance and in your position go with whatever is cheapest.
Last time around I went for Michelin PS4 compared to other similar tyres simply due to the great price after discounts which couldn’t be matched by any other tyre make.
