Brake calliper seizing!

Hi all,

Last week I noticed my offside rear calliper was seizing so thought I'd by a new calliper from Renault and get some new discs and pads.

Part arrived and took it to my mates garage today. He said the old calliper was seized good and proper, so replaced that and he replaced the pads but not the discs because the wrong ones arrived in.

He checked it all and took it for a road test with no problems.

I've just picked the car up and drove it pretty much in traffic all the way and noticed that it seemed to be sticking again. Got home after just over a mile of driving and limited braking to the offside rear smoking :001_huh:

Do you think that this could be that the old disc still on there is warped or am I really that unlucky person to get a faulty calliper.

Obviously he's taking the car back but wanted to do my own research.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
